A: we have been a manufacturer of various customized wooden products for more than 10 years.
Q: Do you support brand OEM?
A: Yes, you just provide the artwork of design, we will do the remaining.
Q: Can you provide us with samples? How long can we expect to receive the samples?
A: Yes, we are happy to provide you with samples for quality check. We will charge sample cost for expensive items. The sample fee will be refunded after order confirmed. Usually the sample leadtime will be within 15 days.
Q: What kind of wood will you use for the items?
A: Usually we will use Fir wood, and Pine wood, sometimes use Maple or birch, if customer requests.
Q: Will you paint all the products? Is the paint safe enough?
A: Usually we will put water-based paint on the wood to keep it from corrosion. Most of customers choose transparent paint, so the item looks like natural one even after painting. Some customers paint the product a bit dark. It is seldom to use oil paint, as the cost will be very high and not ECO friendly as well. All the paint we use are safe.
Q: Can we apply for test before shipment?
A: Yes, surely you can. But we strongly recommend to test and confirm the quality before placing order to avoid any unnecessory trouble. Costomer will pay for the first test, we will pay for the retest if fail.
Q: Can you put our logos on wooden products?
A: Yes, we can add customer’s logo on the wooden products.
Q: What is the delivery time for mass production?
A: It depends on quantity. Usually goods can be ready within 40 days after order confirmation.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
A: It depends on different sizes, projects, designs and processes. We will try our best to meet the requirement from customer to start business.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We accept EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP etc. You can choose the most convenient or cost-effective one.
Q: Do you check all products before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% batch products inspected before delivery.
Q: What about the terms of payment?
A: Usually in terms of L/C and T/T transfer. If with T/T transfer, 30% in advance and balance of 70% against faxing bill of lading.
