Quality Inspections During Production Progress
This is what we do when it comes to making wholesale wooden products,
and you'll find our complete 4 inspections during the whole progress of wholesales wooden products.
- 1st Inspection: Buying Material
When we get your payments, we start discussing the design and buy wood materials and arrange the production schedule.
There would be 1st inspection when material comes into our warehouse.
- 2nd Inspection: Wooden Boards Cutting
The wooden boards will be cut according to the design and size by workers with at least 3 years of experience. There will be a second inspection to check the size of the wood and the quality after cutting.
- 3rd Inspection: Painting
Our Painting and Glue are environment friendly, both of them have passed SGS report, Professional workers will color-spray the wood to ensure the surface is smooth and even, and then the inspector will conduct a third inspection
- 4th Inspection: Assembly & Package
Workers will assemble the wood board to be a complete products and put accessories in.
There would be a final inspection to check whether the wood products works well and whether the accessories are complete and packaged well.
